You should always leave a cart or two in the handicapped section. Walking from the car to the store is a big fear for old people, and being able to grab a cart right by their parking space to help them get across the lot and through traffic is really helpful.

The last corporate job I had before going into business myself, was as a sales manager for a Fortune 100 company.
It was very common at the end of a quarter to have to call around to wholesale customers, and beg them to take a pallette of some poorly selling sku, telling them “Don’t even unwrap it. Just stick it in a corner of the warehouse, and when the quarter turns, I’ll authorize a return of the inventory, and give you a discount on something else to make up for the trouble.”
Did it all the time.
Their ego was flying high, having choices, only to come crashing down when one was relieved to get rid of her, LOL. Now she’ll go on her “opportunity” date, and be all sullen and pouty, and ruin that one, too.
