I do regression sessions, mindfulness, I have trained myself (my mind and spirit) to go back to the situation and to change the story. For many things it worked. Some not, but I keep trying new tools, methods ect. Plus, I have noticed that taking some vitamins and supplements help my mental health massively. I digged and search info for nerve systems support, trying to stick on those supplements and have to say it’s working for me. Thanks for reminding, going to take them now.

  • That happens in USA. I can’t understand are Americans so ignorant or what, just pack bag and apply for uni in Eu? I have my bachelor paid full price ,4 years and it costed me not even 2000 eur. Now I know that law degree costs 1600eur a year. Med school more or less same. So if smart Americans can take loans for 50/100 k for studies ,why not to get a loan for 10k ,pay 4 years and rest covers living expenses in Eu ? Stop crying and use neurons God gave you, guys.

  • If I were your parent,I would be sooooo proud of you!!! Really! If my child had been there you were year ago and have done what you did during this time, I would be sooo satisfied I raised a strong human! Speaking about better mood ,energy and motivation ( this is my personal experience), when I was really down and hardly could get out of the bed, someone told me about supplements. I had to do a bit of research and find out about ashwaganda ( there are many types, tried couple and was not effective, but with high dose of it and black pepper worked wonderfully). I had very stressful period and my nerve system was triggered by small things, so I used certain type of magnesium and omega 3. This combination helped me really a lot. Not suggesting to take them, just inviting to do a bit od digging. Not always blood tests showing lack of minerals ect. And congratulations on biography!!! That is awesome that you did it!!! Always remember, you are not alone!!!

  • My child had severe respiratory issues, nerve system alterations, reversed development, skin problems. All symptoms started sane day after vaccination. This is my personal experience, unfortunately i met many real other parent with similar, same, less or worse outcomes after vaccination of their kids. I didn’t know, but now i understand that this is pro Vax community and I am black unwanted sheep here, oh well, that doesn’t change what my child and I had to go through and still going 12 years later, still dealing with consequences. I am cheerful for community’s experience that all went well for their children. I chose to Vax my kid and I deeply regret it. About immunosuppressed people, I am sorry to hear, but, maybe could be interesting to look deeper why and how to get well in alternative, natural ways. All these topics are like rabbit hole : IT, politics, education, health system, consuming, self sufficiency, privacy, finances( digital currency) and so on. And if you were able to look deeper in one, know, that same thing is in other fields too. So if you are conscious about what is happening in IT world and privacy and AI, same is happening in health ,education ect…

  • Same way works in eastern Europe. And especially if you give away furniture to get new one,you can ask person who gets your old stuff to help you to bring a new stuff. As a female, this always worked for me.
Only once I paid something like 50 eur for sofa delivery, because it was during week that I had to pick up from private on certain time and friends were working.
