If I remember correctly you can do 2 things, there is the takeout option or you can sync the files from drive to a system where you can just copy paste. I don’t think the files are on drive but are a separate system.

The big issue here is that 10.000 hours requires commitment a lot of people lack, THAT is often the issue. And to do something for that amount of time means you need to like doing it in some way.

Often people don’t see the work others have put in and just assume it came naturally. Anything of value takes effort.
