There is an ongoing investigation by Brazilian Federal Police to verify if the news is true.

In States where Lula had lots of votes, like Bahia and São Paulo, Mayors decided that it was unnecessary to use all of the buses that normally are being used during the week days, and therefore refused to compy with a constitutional law that says that during Elections population is entitled for free bus fare to voting halls.

President of TSE (Superior Electoral Court) was informed about the problem (he is on Bolsonaro side) at 13:22pm, and did nothing till 16:07 (polling closing nationwide at 17:00).
