At least for white, that is indeed how the English Wikipedia classifies different grape cultivars, even ones that aren’t intended to make wine. Black is new to me though.

Might just be that my grocery store is real local and they do it differently. I try to avoid large chains. But I’ve always understood white and red to be the technical classifiers of grapes, and the actual color you see with your eyes varies.

I’m also from a wine-producing region, so maybe that has something to do with it as well.

Might be different in other languages, but English usually divides grapes into red and white for color.

For any planned downtime, we use routine standup calls. When people usually say “This should have been an email”, they’re usually referring to meetings for something specific that did not need a dedicated meeting. A routine standup or all hands meeting covering a series of small items and important notices is exactly its purpose.

A meeting that should have been an email would be like “Here are the new features coming to our frontend” where you could have just sent the 2-3 bulleted items for what minor changes will be added instead of wasting 30 minutes of everyone’s time on an overdone PowerPoint slideshow.

And then on the inverse end, things that should not be emails:

• If there is a chain of 2-3 people using Reply All to have a back and forth, that should have been an IM. No need to rope 20 other people into your 1 on 1.

• If there is an email that triggers 10+ concerned Reply Alls from different people, you should probably set up a quick call to hash it out and level set. A busy email chain is hard to follow and will end up with multiple loose threads.

Not to diminish the point being made, but there are a lot of countries that commit widespread or even state-sanctioned violence against women. Most of them are third-world hellholes. So the US is in good company.

Harder to cook with, FWIW. Can’t chop even slices out of them, or if you’re roasting/steaming them, they likely won’t cook evenly through when twisted around themselves. Still perfectly edible, but will take more prep or more attentiveness when cooking.

I think the best bet is for OP to get creative with chopping, just at least try to make chunks of similar thickness even if they’re of wildly different diameter. Then roast the slices or throw them in a soup.

There is. There are a few roms available for the GC version that add the swift sail with identical behavior, but it’s only native in the Wii U version.

And to clarify a comment above, there are also still 8 triforce pieces, but 5 of them are found directly in locations that used to yield only triforce charts, with only 3 still requiring charts to find on the open ocean.

But the one best feature that I think cannot be replicated is the Wii U Gamepad menu. It was so convenient to simply have your inventory open at all times and hotswap equipment without having to pause.

Yes. Is it that hard to imagine a forced rollout is still yielding monthly growth as people replace devices or take upgrades they didn’t check?

Obviously the elderly and the dumb will go out of their way to download it directly, hence the decently large volume of users on iOS, but that population only accounts for 10% of use cases. Users of the Android app probably make up a larger chunk of that pie, but that’s where we run back into the muddy terrain of whether people went out of their way to download it, or if it was just forced on them by default. My current phone came with it by default, and it took a bit of effort to disable it everywhere.
