I’m sure breathing concrete dust is fine for a baby. Good for him even. Builds character while providing his lungs with heavy reinforcement against collapses and drone strikes.

Nothing is as touching as subjecting your toddler to concrete dust for 8+ hours a day, it’s great for their development!

How bad could silicosis possibly be? It’s got “silly” in the name!

It is saddening that there is no “village” or community to aid such a person in hardship…

Why would there be? There’s profit to be gained elsewhere, and that comes before everything else of course.

While this being a touching story this will be used by the greedy at the top to justify abandonment of childcare in the long run… in internal discussions. And posts like this are used to normalize the idea.

This father shouldn’t be forced to bring his child to work at all.

An example on why childcare isn’t necessary, but also a reason to fire him because he is distracted at work and not maximizing his productivity.

Vocational Education. He’ll be able to learn the construction industry at his own pace. He should be able to start cleaning up debris at around 3 or 4. He’ll be operating heavy machinery by 10.

When this orphan was crushed the community came together and cleaned up the mess to avoid being fined by the HOA.
