Why is it necessary for the DNC specifically to commission such a study, why can’t an independant poltical-science oriented commission produce a report in the interests of estsblishing at arms length what shit needs to change regardless of whether democrats endorse or approve or release it at all?
Well, for one thing, the independent poltical-science oriented commission might not have access to important internal DNC data.
