On their website, Turbo Power windshield washer fluid is supposedly “formulated in Canada” but I don’t know what that means. Recochem the company that makes this was founded in Canada, and has manufacturing plants in Canada, the US, and all over the world.
I assume ‘formulated in canada’ is the petro-chem equivalent of ‘designed in canada’
