would be China for me
I really like Finland. I worked there as an au pair many years ago. It was so peaceful, I felt really safe walking around at night, and even the cities are surrounded by forest and nature. Also very clean compared to the UK.
China, Cuba, Madeira, Oman or New Caledonia
In no particular order
Cuba, China, somewhere in the Urals or the base, maybe somewhere along the Azeri/Iranian/Russian borders.
Issues understood to include health and ability to care for myself.
Send me to the DPRK
I could honestly see myself studying at Kim Il Sung University if money or time wasn’t an issue. It seems like an out of this world experience. Difficult, but awesome nonetheless.
I need a colder climate. Europe is getting too hot. Somewhere like Yekaterinburg or Vladivostok, basically Siberia but not the hardcore -40°C Siberia. Or maybe Siberia in the summer and northern China in the winter. Somewhere like Xi’an or Beijing, dry but not desert dry.
prob vietnam or south china
Spain
Portugal and Spain seem nice, but I worry about what global warning is going to do to them.
China or iceland
Ireland
scotland, but in the middle of nowhere
China or Spain probably. Maybe even Ireland.
Funnily enough, I see myself moving to Ireland and I have Chengdu as a back-up plan if things get out of hand in terms of racial tensions and what-not.
Probably Peru or Chile, Northern Chile. Not quite the Atacama Desert, but just south, along the forgotten Pacific coastline. Peaceful, secluded, not terribly pricy, and the people are all quite kind and community centered.
Thailand, legal weed + a LGBT+ scene and access to places like China, Vietnam and Laos.
