this is just boarders. that 100 mile also applies to all international airports so this map is missing all the littel circles through out the continent. saint louis 100% has one.
I checked on that and Google says it isn’t true. International airports don’t get that 100 mile rule.
do you have a link to what google said because I have seen this for a long time. Its not like something mentioned once recently in articles.
It’s something I heard for a long time too. That’s why I was confused by the map I posted and googled why no map showed the airports zones. It turned out to be a myth and the area outside of international airports doesn’t count.
Im looking over the scotus 1973 and whats funny is they did not allow a warrantless search even within the 100 mile border. Which is odd given ice just tossing private homes in chicago with no warrant.
Also they can search phones at customs, many of which are well outside that 100-mile zone, Denver, for example.
I don’t think we have rights anymore. Not unless we are self-enforcing those rights.
