      That’s just how they be now.

      Friend, for some reason, chose GoPro again recently. New camera constantly has issues. Not the usual overheating to shutdown they’re notorious for, they say they fixed that. Just regular shutdown, freeze, card read issues, etc.

      They’ve been absolute junk for years, model after model.

    I’m not used to getting audio from footage like this. It was cool to hear the changes to the sound as the air density changed. You can see the exhaust expand as the sound changes, giving both audio and visual indications that the air is thinning.

    People that are stunned by the camera operating in 500°C heat: Yes, hot, but not a whole lot of energy in that very thin layer of the atmosphere.
