I’m trying to find Canadian made potato granules but the only ones I can find are only sold in bulk or on Amazon.
Sorry I can’t be of assistance, but what are potato granules and what do you use them for? Like why not potato?
Basically just a better version of mashed potato flakes. I like to keep some stashed in my boat for times I’m away from fresh potatoes for a month or two. Works really well for thickening stews too.
Do you mean like dehydrated potato flakes?
Similar but the granule type has a much better texture than flakes.
Check Costco sometimes.
I know, Costco bad, but the Canadian leg seems to sometimes have great deals on Canadian goods. They had potato granules, not flakes, at some point.
It is a rotating stock, unfortunately. But somwtimes they have good stuff.
Sadly the granules I’ve seen them get are made from Idaho potatoes 💔
