Spaghetti all’assassina (Italian: [spaˈɡetti allassasˈsiːna]; lit. ‘assassin’s manner spaghetti’), also known as spaghetti bruciati (Italian: [spaˈɡetti bruˈtʃaːti]; lit. ‘burnt spaghetti’)] is a pasta dish. Instead of being boiled in salted water and finished in sauce, the spaghetti is cooked directly in the pan (traditionally cast iron). A broth typically made of tomato sauce diluted with water is gradually added to the pan as the pasta absorbs it, similar to a risotto. As the spaghetti absorbs the sauce, it cooks directly on the pan surface, developing significant browning and a distinctive, crispy texture unique among pasta dishes.
Looks very good, OP!
solid 3.6 for a first try - not great, not terrible.
You really ought to burn the pasta for all’assassina, literally murder the pasta.
See this picture from Wikipedia.

That looks… carcinogenic.
Most good things in life ARE a little carcinogenic.
I add crushed chilli and call it The Angry Italian… try it. But yeah, those need to cook longer. I can flip mine like a pancake.
Looks like it would have benefited from some more time in the pan. It should be more caramelised and crispy.
Looking good, made me want to cook a sphahgetti for dinner!
Hell yeah!
My kind of spaghetti
