If I travel overseas in the future I’ll be doing a full backup and wipe of my phone. Take my holiday pics or whatever and transfer and restore everything when I get back.

Even Australia is starting to make deals with groups to take complete copies of devices at the border. Screw that! I’ll at least try to limit what they can get.

It’s the only sensible strategy, don’t give them anything to look at.
