This isn’t a movement though. This is poverty.
Probably also ebikes, they take away a lot of what sucks as a bike commuter, or for recreation.
It shouldn’t be seen as poverty, as in some cases biking is more convenient, especially in more urban area where parking is harder to find.
Don’t get me wrong, I think they’re great too. Bought an electric and found myself barely using my car anymore. So I sold the car. But for a lot of people, a car isn’t even an option. Much like owning a home is now a luxury.

But the margins on bikes are freaking terrible, this is going to tank the economy!! Kill the bike lanes!! Keep the gasoline micropayments!!
