An abandoned power plant on a distant planet, located on the coast and created by an alien human-like civilization. It is flooded several times a year, and once a year the water level rises to the upper walls.

All the different angles make it look like an important set piece in video game. I didn’t comb over all the details but the artist seems to be consistent with the design which is really cool.
