It sounds like some of that cast was a bit traumatized.
It was a big chunk of their lives and the media scrutiny was intense. I’m sure they don’t regret it and have lots of great memories but you’d probably be enjoying the relative freedom afterwards.

In an interview, Sophie Turner said she hasn’t watched the show and that the theme song gave her PTSD, so I’m not so sure
I guess she was also a bit younger when she started, maybe that changes her perception of it all. The adult stars like Clarke and Harington were in the spotlight from the first season. Like Turner had a few years of childhood where the internet and media mostly showed some restraint whereas Clarke was sexualised from day dot.

Being a main charector on GOT likely means she wont ever worry about money again. Estimates vary, but she was making 3-5 million per season since season 5.
She can probably be pretty choosy.

I honestly think that is the second best Disney star wars movie, and if it hadn’t released after the “Last Jedi” it would have been received better by everyone.
I think it’s a shame we won’t see where that plot line was going with Darth maul as it seems like they had a real plan for that story arc (so much so that it keeps popping up in other shows/games).
We might get it someday. “Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord” comes out this year and covers the post Clone Wars era. Solo is a bit beyond that, but could get there if the show runs long enough, has time jumps or a follow up show.

Agreed. People were mad it wasn’t related to the main plot but I agree it’s mostly because of how last Jedi fell flat. It it was released now after the sequels it might have done better

The bulk of the movie is a checklist of things that are better done as single lines I conversations in other movies. They were all dull as shit.
- Han get his gun CHECK
- Han meets Chewie CHECK
- Han gets the Falcon CHECK
- Han meets Lando Check
When the movie deviated from those it got really bad,
There was all the halfbaked shit Enfys.
There was the silly shit with Emilia Clark and finally the big reveal of Dark Maul, that I guess was cool if you watched some cartoon.
