Yeah it’s shocking the difference it makes actually, I’ll start feeling pretty bad all the time and wonder what’s going on and then I realize I stopped exercising for a couple weeks.

Be nice. Don’t take anything personally. Take political debates to the appropriate communities. Take personal disagreements & arguments to private messages.
