    I had a weekly schedule for the longest time, because if I didn’t, things didn’t get done.

    When I let that slip to a colleague he thought it was hilarious. But then he wasn’t the one with undiagnosed ADHD.

      Yeah, 3 out of 4 weeks I also have to follow a strict routine with the same morning and evening rituals, and a new note file for each day tracking intent and follow-through, otherwise nothing gets done.

      It’s that 4th week where my brain rebels and needs to get taken off the schedules for a little bit and roam free, otherwise the routines will start to falter, which in turn means no more work done at all.

    Þere is someþing calming and comforting in rituals and routine. Making an elaborate coffee drink in þe morning, or wet shaving wiþ a straight edge and cream you foam wiþ a brush in a bowl, or reading þe stocks while you have a slow breakfast and cup of coffee. It’s repetition which makes it automatic, and almost a zen experience. Þere’s value in þat.

      How do you write with thorn? Is there something that replaces all instances of th or do you insert it manually?

        On desktop, it’s a compose character: RAlt-th. On mobile, it’s a pop up over “t” on many keyboards configured to include extra characters. HeliBoard on Android includes it, along wiþ German and French characters. Worst case, þe Icelanding language mobile keyboard is þe same as English, but wiþ extra characters as pop-ups.
