I’m trying to not use dairy, but I could possibly dilute it with water. That is what I am unsure about. I’ve used things like honey or maple syrup in place of sugar and need to adapt for that liquid. I’m not really sure here what place the buttermilk may play beyond liquid and acid.

I’ve used different Linux OSs for 20 years and switched DEs without a thought and without a big install and never had a problem. Seems like one of the advantages, but maybe I am not using the programs you are.

A can of coconut milk could work! With some lemon (or orange). I do use canned coconut milk for stove top things. I do not have a blender. I have a small place with a small kitchen, so only hand tools.

Would I use the whole can? Just the separated part on top? I have never baked with it.

Country music isn’t “waking up,” it’s just that there are a number of established artists who aren’t participating in the mainstream. They have always been there, and there are just as many of them now as there were in 1978. The mainstream of country is the same as any other genre. There are all kinds of Hip Hop artists that didn’t get heavy airplay in the 90s because the industry didn’t want it, and the country music industry is no different now. So insular. No messages, all money.

I am happy I don’t need google products for anything. I have been using Mailfence for several years and been fine with it. For folks who can leave gmail, there are multiple good options, at least for email.

I like low dialogue movies, and some of those could possibly fit this. Two Lane Blacktop, maybe 2001: A Space Odyssey. The first doesn’t have much (any?) music, but the second has a lot so that would be weird, but so would the dialogue.
