Came across a reddit post claiming the Sony online backlash is making publishers nervous. While unverified, this seems plausible enough.

So as someone who doesn’t really do social media aside from Lemmy and browsing reddit, where can I get in on adding my voice to this criticism? Do people still use twitter?

    I have almost never purchased any games from all these shady companies like EA/ActiBliz/Sony/Microsoft. I usually prefer indie games and buy DRM-free stuff from GOG whenever possible. Yet, ironically it feels like I’m not doing my part because I have nothing to unsubscribe from or start boycotting.

    I guess spreading the word is also a way to contribute.
