China has geographical problems that hamstring it against American Empire.
Until/unless they build a blue water navy that can blockade America or an alliance system that can shut us out of the indo-pacific, they are fucked in a straight up conflict.
I’m not advocating it. They just seem removed enough from the hot conflicts at the moment to weather the coming moment. If the discussion about this being a plunder move targeting China’s oil supply plans out and/or they move on Taiwan, I guess that could change.
