& we are still in the accelerating part of the speed-of-change curve, ie the climbing side of the bell-curve of the speed-of-change graph…
We may be forced into residing only at the poles, by the end of the century…
( yes, in the past, there have been times which were too-hot-for-inhabited-land in the tropics, the only difference is we’re doing it about 100x as quickly as Nature usually does these things )

There is no end in sight. We are still emitting and committing ecocide at historic levels. Fascism, Skynet, and Big Brother will remain the most immediate threat until ecological collapse takes over. Then all life and dependent systems will collapse, including the fascist dictatorships.
The only things you can do about it are eat a gun or develop a collapse fetish.
Hmmm, that is a very scary prospect.
Can you imagine the horrors that go with climate change mass migrations? I don’t know when the shit will really make contact with the fan, but when it does, it’s gonna be a real bad time for a whole lot of folks. :(
The poles will be under water by then. Fun times ahead.
