    Then these things are not allowed on the road, full stop.

    If they’re not respecting traffic rules, they’re not abiding by the law, and so they’re legally not allowed.

    Heh. In the Netherlands, bikes on a bike lane always have priority and as a car driver you can’t drive, stop or park on a bike lane.
