This is my favorite Mickey Mouse meme:

I wish I could erase my memory of House M.D. and watch that masterpiece all over again. There isn’t a shitty episode. Not one.
House MD is a great show, and I partially identified with House at the time I viewed it. Now, more spiritually inclined and aware that the world is an illusion and is ultimately dependent on the entanglements created through intention-setting, I see House much like my father; very logically-oriented but missing the point. There are more complex systems than what the universe presents as it’s empirically-defined system. The universe is a divine clock, alright, but therein, there is greater complexity at play that bestows each of our parallel-generated experiences. We are not featherless bipeds on an Earth, but rather each of us is a unique pocket of consciousness that is procedurally generated based on intention-setting, and our intentions are reconciled with countless others to generate the realities most likely to wake us up to this process, and my awareness piqued twelve years ago and I speal from gnosis of having followed the whispers of God; logic (Adam) is only half the equation, and our intuition (Eve) will understand reality truly before that which House defined his life by.
The Dick Van Dyke Show is pretty fun. Only 5 seasons but the seasons are long.
Stargate SG1.
if you drink while you watch it, you can rewatch it as many times as you want and you’ll always find something new.
Rewatch every 8 years or so. Still good after the 3rd re-watch this year.
Episodes are very long
The 40 minute standard of when TV shows were still made for TV program is shorter than most high level streaming show episodes nowadays.
I think you’re in the wrong thread.
your argument against, is the whole point.
Me with Wire, Breaking Bad and House.
Mr. Robot but 11 years ago and only 4 seasons
With trash ending
The Expanse is well worth your time.
The Walking Dead, aww yeah
Oof. The first few seasons were good, but it was pretty weak long before it hit season 8, let alone its final season 11.
Scrubs for me.
In high school I would watch the entire series, then when I watched the final episode at the time, I’d start again on My First Day. Just loop that shit.
A man of culture.
You mean back when a “season” meant 26 episodes and not 9?
Pirating old TV was just a storage commitment for that. Crazy that over time the file size got larger but it’s less of a problem
A bit longer ago than 15 years, but Buffy the Vampire Slayer is 8 seasons, 6 of which are perfect.
Go back further and you hit some really great trash TV no one is talking about, like Babylon 5, and Renegade. Even just the opening credits to Renegade are classic:
He was a cop, and good at his job. But then he committed the ultimate sin and testified against other cops - gone bad. Cops who tried to kill him but got the woman he loved instead. Framed for murder, now he prowls the badlands. An outlaw hunting outlaws, a bounty hunter - a renegade!
Which are the bad ones?
All of them. Joss Whedon sucks as a human and a writer.
Scrubs. I’ve played it all the way through to fall asleep at least 20 times.
And the revival is pretty good! Looking forward to season 2
What in the world, Judy Reyes (Carla) hasn’t aged a day.
The revival hit really well! They did not disappoint! In fact I’ll go so far as to say they went above my expectations!
Oh my god I did not know! Thaaaaank youuu.
Wait, so you still haven’t actually “seen” it all then lol.
Oh no I’ve watched it through many times as well.
He can’t watch it all on his own, he’s no Superman.
Seinfeld all day.
“New Girl” is underrated and fits this
100% Amazing show. Worth every second of your time.
I actually very recently tried New Girl. Forced myself to finish the first episode, is the pilot that bad? Does it get better? May just not be my cup of tea I suppose but I have a hard time forcing an hour of media consumption before I get hooked lol who has that kind of spare time these days.
I started for Zooey Deschanel but halfway through I found her storylines not that great and fell in love with the rest of the cast stories.
It can be a good comfort show if you’re looking for that
I enjoyed it as a casual series to watch. Can recommend as well
