    Your empathy apparently doesn’t extend to people who don’t work like you.

    If an analogy helps, think of it like eating: it takes energy to eat and digest food, but afterwards you have more energy. That’s what social interaction is like for extroverts.

      Yep, if I go too long without enough socializing outside the home I start to just fall into a slump.

      And I spent years living a highly internal life, it actually took me until my 20s to learn how much happier and more energetic I am with frequent socialization
