Yeah because class isn’t about net worth but about how you primarily make your money. If you have to go to work or are expected to go to work to keep a roof over your head then you are working class. If your income is primarily owning things and from other people going to work to keep a roof over their heads then you are part of the bourgeoisie.

Also in this inflation, we’ll soon all be millionaires.

Yep, a large portion of the population has nearing a million by the time they retire. Still a lot more than others but lumping these people in with billionaires is not the class war that’s happening. People who work their entire lives and have a million or two in net worth are not the ruling class, they’re just working class people. If you don’t agree with this then you’re part of the problem, fair wages get you to this point.

Exactly, the goal is to make it so everyone has that much accumulated wealth by the time they retire. We have enough so that everyone can live somewhat comfortably. People who critize socialists like Hasan for being rich are dumb. Being a socialist doesn’t mean you can’t be successful, it means you want everyone to have that level of comfort and security. If they were billionaires they might have a point, but I won’t say someone’s a hypocrite for being a socialist with a few million in the bank.

It’s also why I laugh when Conservatives talk about “The Hollywood Liberal Elite”. The real ruling class are the giant corporate executives and old money. Most actors are closer to working class than that. I also think public figures like actors, musicians, athletes, etc. should be paid a bit more than the average person, being under constant public scrutiny genuinely is stressful. The gap between them and us just needs to be closed a bit with the actual ruling class’ money.

Ok, but remember there’s no evidence that Luigi Mangione killed anyone, the whole inquiry was rushed. The mysterious killer of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thomson should be referred to as “Robin Hoodie” or “the Claim Adjuster”.

The level of depravity it must take for someone to spend tons of money and take the time and hassle to fly halfway across the world, go deep into nature, and kill some majestic and innocent animal. I cant say publicly what i think should happen to these people.

And when the animal kills them, claim it’s a tragedy when getting killed by your prey happens all the time in nature especially to apex predators who hunt large animals.

You played nature’s game, bought cheats, and still lost. No one should feel bad for you.

Its not even a fair fight. The moose doesnt have projectile weapons.

They should fight it naked as god intended.

I don’t even see what they get out of it. If I were a big game hunter, I’d be hunting that shit with a spear and maybe something like a sling or javelin. We’re fighting to the death! I would want that lion to have a chance at killing me since I would be trying to kill it.

What these fuckers actually do is setup half a mile away, scouted by some safari team, after driving out there that afternoon, and shoot the poor animal with some godawful monstrosity high powered rifle. Then they think they look cool posing with the dead animal on social media.

Really wish we could declare all hunting to be poaching and make it legal to kill poachers on sight.

Its a form of Imperialism. These types of things are illegal in most places but people from the imperial core flex their wealth to make some areas legalize it so they can go play out their fantasies of killing big animals there. Which destroys local ecosystems. But they dont live there so who cares right? Theres nothing wrong with hunting for food. Hunting for sport is the issue. And when hunting for food it should be done sustainably. Killing animals after theyve had a chance to breed, and their young are independent for example. And in small numbers.

Each time I’ve seen this over the last several days, it’s been some of the best news I’ve read in a while. Fuck that guy.
