Canvas Prints ✨
Bringing the Canvas prints back this year, but only for like 2 weeks. Once August 1st rolls around, the shop will close again. (You’ll also be able to buy any previous year’s prints)
International shipping is a pain, so this year the shop will only let you checkout with an address in the United States. But! if you are wanting to get a print, but are not in the US, fill out this form and I’ll see what I can do :)

Just as always, Canvas is an open source project! If you want to take a peek at the code, report and issue directly to the tracker, or even contribute yourself, the source is available on sc07.dev
You can register either with your Fediverse account, or with an email and password. Unfortunately due to a lot of casino bots, registration is behind an approval queue. Send an email to hello@sc07.com if you’d like to ensure I see it

I love the tiny little Algerian flags dotted around!
I did a heart in a seemingly empty corner (I’ve since been educated on templates) and a French flag that turned into a border. Oh and a Minecraft diamond helmet under the arcade player, and I wrote Feddit.uk and thanks for my fellow fedditors who came to the rescue and did the Union Jack and internet flags around it.

Didn’t know this was a thing but I appreciate the Germans telling Merz to lick balls.
Oh yeah, a few weeks back a protester on some demonstration had a sign saying “Merz leck Eier” (lick eggs/balls, same diff), and the police confiscated the sign and charged them with “an insult to a political official capable of damaging their public work” (roughly translated), an obviously preposterous state of affairs even if you ignore the fact that we apparently have Lèse-majesté-laws again. Hence the well earned ridicule.
Maybe we should try calling him “1 pimmel” next?

Every time I come back here, I see this post and misread it as ‘Thanks for ruining it :)’ and it makes me momentarily angry until I realize what you actually said. So, thanks for that. :)
I liked that it didn’t feel like there were many (any?) bots, and artwork was moved instead of being erased. Congrats to a smoothly running event, and thanks to all who played.
Great picture and nearly no country flags, that’s nice to see!
Except the UK who just can’t stop themselves from colonising any new areas.
Come on, let them have it. They have it hard enough already with all the leg shooting they are busy with.
(Also I have to admit that it is at least a visually interesting flag, not like so many others)

Was also the first time I’ve participated and I loved it. Thanks for hosting, the end result looks fantastic! Great job everyone on all the detail work the second day. My favourite details has to be New Zealand leaking down half the canvas.

Is it just me or is the picture missing the last few minutes?Anyway, I enjoyed all the new features, especially templates, cursors, and the new pixel pulses. I think I barely managed to test half the new stuff in the few hours I participated. :D

Amongus maybe isn’t the wokest thing (although you SHOULD watch the TV show, it’s very woke), and there were two anime girls in the woke zone who had nothing to do with leftism at all, but most of the art there is on-theme.
I also wanna shout out SLRPNK for their Hope is Rebellion and Turtle Island flags, the Palestine Flags with based political commentary, and the vegan community for the Dominion link and the QR code. You should definitely scan the QR code, you get to see cute animals on a farm! And they die in horrible ways in front of you! You might become a vegan if you scan the QR code.
My favourite detail (other than the animation of Souly smoking a joint you can see in the timelapse) is Mario riding the velociraptor from Dino Run, next to the QR code.
