Right, and we’re just taking the word of someone who betrayed their own sexual identity for some money on this being true when she offered no evidence to support the assertion.
You say betrayed. I say she went out there in a place she would be put to death for just being who she is and did her job. She got paid for it and she gave it all away. You’re just angry because you believe in this bullshit cancel culture where we don’t associate with people who believe differently than us. You want to cut them off and exile them. I think it’s better to show them we’re all the same and there’s nothing wrong with being gay. If she made a single person laugh then she’s doing good work.
While i don’t know the first thing about her performances, but if it was openly queer then it’d be worse if she didn’t go tbh. the opportunity to be openly queer in a repressive society is an opportunity to do good, to undermine their dogmatic bullshit.

It’s a damn shame the saudis got some lesbian representation for all of the Lesbian and Gay people living over there in fear. They need it the most and their own government was willing to pay her for it. You short sighted fucks decided to shame her for doing her job in a place that it was very dangerous to do it. This was a net positive, but now you’ve got her afraid and apologizing for bringing western comedy and culture over there. Internet people make me sick.
