I read in Broken Clock Peter Thiel’s book that since a lot of improvements in QOL are due to tech discovered during the space race / (growth of US empire, he doesn’t admit that part), there are multiple generations conditioned to assume that “progress” is automatic.

Because mainstream media has always been the enemy.

Congress woman LaMonica McIver was charged and faces up to 17 years for trying to view an ICE facility she was legally allowed to because they’re claiming she assaulted them on trumped up charges.

Because there are men with guns who wouldn’t like that. And typically, media people aren’t the kind who own and use guns. So they tend to be scared about covering things that the men with guns strongly dislike.

Sure if you can show me that’s necessary. Things are bad, but I’m not sure if they’re federal agents openly executing reporters bad.

The truth is nobody is reporting because all of our media is owned by corporate conglomerates. Their owners don’t want them to report

I’m not even saying that cops haven’t harassed reporters before, they absolutely have, and yet reporters still did their jobs until recently

obviously the conditions are inhumane, they are being assaulted, starved, raped, and being denied necessities. and likely tortured. thats an easy guess as they have already been caught doing it multiple times in broad daylight.

what i find disturbing is how 40 minutes away form alligator alkatrazz a university in miami is doing human trials for neuralink, and that particular concentration camp has hundreds if not thousands of missing people, gone from their records.

dont mean to be the tin foil hat guy, but the nazis did human trials for some fucked up scifi shit too.

so i wouldnt put it past them.

reminds me of this expert bunker/prepper/security guy talking with billionaires about their future apocolypse lairs like a decade ago, and they wanted to know how they could keep their security detail loyal through the end times. and he said there is no guarantee to stop that from happening.

not long after that neuralink enters the picture as a mainstream take on brain chips.

we are approaching world war 3, and the billionaires have their bunkers, now they just need guaranteed service and obediance from those they take to their living tombs. and those defending them on the outside.

i imagine there would be a bonus for soldiers who sign up to get the latest tech to help “keep our boys safe”

some real guns of the patriots type shit.

    tin foil hat off now.

remember A&M university did unsanctioned neuralink on monkeys, and it never worked, ignoring ethics rules of experimenting on animals. and even more supsicious the research isnt published, which is unlikely to be accepted by any science journal anyways.

I hate to be “that guy” defending an absolute piece of shit administration, but a federal Judge ruled that ICE can still deny representatives access to their detention centers if not given 7 days notice. He says in the video he gave 24 hours notice.

7 days is absurd, obviously these judges want to help the Republicans cover up whatever would be investigated, but those are the standing rules at the moment…

This is the one of the more sordid parts. I’m highly suspicious of MAGA men in roles such as these who are allowed to put and keep women in cages. Prison rape, by guards, already has a sordid history, and that is in a system that required heavy screening of candidates.

What of these men, with no screening, who are already chasing their hard-ons as they engage their work where people can see?

I’m not believing they’re not raping in those buildings. Men too, probably.

Not to be that person, but it’s still kinda hard to enter a government facility even as a congressperson, even if you somehow manage to get some private security people willing to go along with it, when the people inside that facility all have guns, the legal authority to arrest you, and a blanket allowance by the president to kill anyone they please.

Yes, so remove the fcker from office. He ignores the constitution, he breaks the epstein law he signed into law, he cheated in all 3 elections he “won”, projecting the cheating on everyone else. He raped kids. Does he physically need to slap the pope or something before something is done?

Get a band of armed men who uphold the constitution and arrest him for treason.

Leak the evidence of the top secret documents case. They could do so much, but instead do this social media stunts.

This is not the time for that. Remove the obvious hitler twin. He’s a treat to the entire world and all future generations.

Private security? Its the law. Bring the police and arrest them. Stop apologizing for weakness. They don’t need a posse, they’re a lawmaker. Jesus this complacency is why we have so much gesturing and saying how bad things are but nothing gets done. This is still just talk, doesnt matter until they enforce the law under their own fucking jurisdiction. Pussy shit, honestly.

          Cops side with ICE.

Even if they didn’t, their authority doesn’t supersede federal authorities, which is why they currently don’t do shit to protect their own communities from ICE raids today even when they get calls or are in the area.

I wish they would, but it sure doesn’t fucking seem like they give a shit.

Local authorities absolutely have jurisdiction in their own states what. The feds can’t come in an illegally occupy whatever they want, like this is clearly stated in the constitution. You seem to be assuming that these politicians aren’t doing anything because the law bit that’s not true, it’s because they’re weak and don’t care to stick their necks out. It might be harder to find a group of cops willing to go with you in Texas specifically, but this is happening in places like Minnesota where they should absolutely at minimum be forcing this into the courts because we see the feds lose every single fucking time. This I’d apologia for weakness, and this is only gonna dig us deeper as we sit back and accept that doing nothing is ok and a doing literally anything more than complaining and gesturing is too much to ask. We need to demand action, we see the inaction in Minnesota and its not like that stops the feds from opening BS investigations and probes into political enemies, even when they’re fully complicit. Demand more, people, stop enabling this weakness to rot our country away.

Local authorities absolutely have jurisdiction in their own states what.

They have jurisdiction, but not over everything. For example, a cop can’t just waltz into a military base, even if it’s within the area they’re allowed to police.

The feds can’t come in an illegally occupy whatever they want, like this is clearly stated in the constitution.

This facility is a private prison, legally owned by a private company, who built the facility specifically for ICE. Cops can’t enter your private property without permission or a warrant, whether you’re an individual or a massive for-profit prison company that fucks people over on purpose to make a quick buck.

They also can’t arrest you without probable cause of a legal violation. Aside from them generally just siding with ICE in the first place, this is why they legally cannot (and never do) arrest ICE officers during their duties, because their actions are considered federal law enforcement actions, even if those actions are just legalized gang violence and kidnapping.

but this is happening in places like Minnesota where they should absolutely at minimum be forcing this into the courts because we see the feds lose every single fucking time.

Oh for sure, I do think they need to be at least trying to do as much as they can within the court system to make things harder for ICE and the administration in general, it’s just that again, there’s only so much they can do legally other than just… slow things down… because the court system is slow.

              This [is] apologia for weakness

I’m not trying to justify their weakness, I’m simply explaining why they can’t and won’t be able to do anything you want them to do, at least not legally.

If I had my way, we’d take send the national guard and all local police forces, and throw every single ICE agent in jail, and try them all in court for every possible charge imaginable, but that’s just not how the legal system works, so no elected official is going to try it, because:

              • The cops would just refuse (since they’re just wannabe ICE officers)
              • The jails wouldn’t take them (since they’d be afraid of retribution from the administration and often are the same companies operating ICE facilities)
              • The courts would let them off (since legally speaking, you can’t say “ICE kidnapped that person!” when ICE can just say “federal law says we’re allowed to kidnap that person”, and it does)

It’s not the situation I think either of us want to be in, but it’s the situation we are in. As much as I wish more local politicians could magically, instantly decide to make federally allowed actions illegal when they harm people, they simply can’t.
