While aristocratic oligarchs taking down a populist tyrant isn’t the unambiguous step towards freedom it’s sometimes portrayed as, it’s important to have a day to celebrate the end of tyrants.

If that day says anything about the end of tyrants, it’s that murdering one can sometimes be futile and counterproductive.

I can think of many people I wish didn’t have the power and influence they do, but I don’t wish death on anyone. Quoth Gandalf:

I can think of a few I would like at least restrained, for the good of all of humanity.
Personally i’m hoping for good news from the hungarian election and the end of orban.
And of course like every being capable of moral reasoning, i can’t wait to see steven miller in a prison he built, locked in a 10 person cell with 1 toilet and 100 other nazis. Happy days! 😊
