It’s a movie about how “intelligence” (a basically unquantifiable concept) is 100% genetic, and if we let the stupid people (portrayed in the movie using visual signifiers of the working class rather than, say, wealthy idiots like the Winklevoss Twins) breed too much civilization will collapse. This is literally some Ayn Rand “the stupid poors will be helpless without smart billionaires to guide them” nonsense. It’s Atlas Shrugged for stoned teenagers.
