I feel like I’ve never thrown one away - but also, I’ve not eaten a lot of them. I know the whereabouts of three or four of them, (which contain either bits or stuff), but I fear there must be another 10 or 20 around somewhere.
The frustrating thing about them is that they’re lovely jars which do not stack

Zero, had to look up what they even are. But I do have about 20 quart-size plastic yogurt tubs - which at least come with lids.
Sounds actually useful compared to what I have
They are super useful! The key is knowing how many are enough, so you recycle them instead of storing them. Despite being made of plastic, manufacturing a yogurt tub has a much smaller carbon footprint than a glass ramekin.

So apparently you can put a pringles lid on them perfectly and then use them for portioning out sliced fruit

I use one as a water pot when painting war hammer.
I use them for depositing olive pits or other fruit detritus, or for dipping condiments like balsamic vinegar
