Futurama Bender Gif - AI slop warning

The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (2021): Enacted a historic $1.2 trillion investment to modernize the nation’s roads, bridges, public transit systems, and power grids, while simultaneously expanding high-speed broadband access and clean drinking water infrastructure.

The Inflation Reduction Act (2022): Passed sweeping legislation that represented the largest federal investment in combating climate change in U.S. history, while also lowering prescription drug prices and capping insulin costs at $35 a month for Medicare recipients.

The CHIPS and Science Act (2022): Directed $280 billion to boost domestic research and the manufacturing of semiconductor chips, aiming to strengthen supply chains, enhance national security, and reduce reliance on foreign technology.

The Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (2022): Signed the most significant federal gun safety legislation in nearly three decades, which enhanced background checks for buyers under 21, closed the “boyfriend loophole,” and funded state-level red flag laws.

Confirmation of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson (2022): Successfully nominated and oversaw the confirmation of the first Black woman to serve on the United States Supreme Court.

The PACT Act for Veterans (2022): Expanded access to VA health care and benefits for millions of veterans who were exposed to toxic burn pits, Agent Orange, and other hazardous substances during their military service.

The Respect for Marriage Act (2022): Enshrined federal protections for same-sex and interracial marriages, officially repealing the previously established Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA).

Strengthening NATO and Global Alliances: Reinvigorated frayed international partnerships and unified Western allies to support Ukraine following Russia’s invasion, which included the historic expansion of NATO to include Finland and Sweden.

Rejoining the Paris Agreement and WHO: Took executive action on his very first day in office to formally rejoin the international Paris Climate Agreement and halt the United States’ withdrawal from the World Health Organization.

Historic Job Growth and Economic Recovery: Presided over a post-pandemic economic rebound that saw the creation of more than 15 million jobs during his term, bringing the national unemployment rate down to near 50-year lows.

Electoral Count Reform Act (2022): Signed bipartisan legislation to overhaul the 1887 Electoral Count Act, clarifying the vice president’s strictly ceremonial role in certifying elections to help prevent future attempts at election subversion.

His foreign policies were decent. His domestic policies were incredible, especially in the first half of his term. Especially considering he had COVID and its recession to recover from at the same time. If he had been better at messaging to make sure everybody knew what he was getting done and how good it was for everybody, I’m not sure we’d be in this current series of messes at all right now, or ever again if the hamberders keep flowing.

Mustard is the designated “normal” condiment for hot dogs, no??? Mustard+relish, maybe some diced onion. What was he supposed to have used, ketchup??? 🤢

Or did he use some “fancy” stone ground dijon mustard so people were offended it wasn’t just yellow mustard?

EDIT: I looked it up and it was spicy Dijon mustard on a hamburger, not a hot dog. That’s extra silly because hamburgers go with basically any condiment, from sriracha to aioli.

            2. the same people went on to vote for the most elitist president I’ve known by far

they simply wanted to hate the black man

The Deep Logic of Solar-Capitlism vis-à-vis the Tellurian Lubricant is on full display.

Mashallah, does Trump not know that Islam abhors idols? What does he hope to accomplish by leveling cities but the inbringing of Allah’s endtimes? To build is to be Christian, but desertifying is to be Muslim; this is why the deeper the West goes into the M.E., the further Islam spreads.

It’s weird how it seems like something he would totally write, but at the same time doesn’t? Sure, there’s the shitty lack of grammar and randomly capitalized words…yet it just doesn’t seem completely him. “Open the fuckin’ straits,” just doesn’t read at all like something he would write. I don’t know, I think I really just want and need to see THAT headline pop up on my phone - so I’m definitely just grasping at whatever glimmer of hope I can find.

It felt off to me too and I think I’ve finally pinned it down. It’s not rambling enough. It’s unhinged, sure, but fairly concise and stays on topic. This would usually be a full paragraph that wanders off into the weeds to yell about how much better than Biden he is for a line or two.

Also I agree with you, I don’t think he would correctly use an apostrophe in the word " fuckin’ " like that.

I thought the same thing, but went back and searched “fuckin” among his “Truths” and found quite a few dating back years. This one is uniquely unhinged though, given the civilian catastrophe it would cause, as well as further exacerbating global commodity shortages, which are already going to get really bad without any further action

It’s not so much the use of the word, but more to do with the general flow of what was written. It just doesn’t “feel” like something that dipshit would write. It feels more like someone doing a poor impersonation of him.

      It’s a Bible verse.

      John 20: 14-16

At this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not realize that it was Jesus.

He asked her, “Woman, why are you crying?Who is it you are looking for?”

Thinking he was the gardener, she said, “Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have put him, and I will get him.”

Jesus said to her, “Open the fuckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell - JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah.”

She turned toward him and cried out in Aramaic, “WTF!” (which means “what the fuck”).

Yeah. It’s the “f-bomb” in the message that’s disturbing.

Not the frustrated tantrum anger from a US president. Not the threatened war crimes. Not the framing of the actions to be god’s will.

It’s “Oh my,! What a potty mouth!”.

What good does impeachment do? They stay in office after they’re impeached, nothing changes. It’s just Congress throwing a fit. It gives them a chance to go on record for or against Trump, but we all know the score there, so that’s pointless, too.

Impeachment is the first step in bringing formal charges against the president. Assuming they have the will to convict (still a massive assumption at this point), it would represent a decisive move toward ending Trump’s presidency.

Fine, he’s convicted of something. Who will show up and physically throw them out on their ass? It would take military action, “boots on the ground”, to do that. I don’t expect that will happen. So, it’s all for show, no matter how much paper gets shuffled.

The way I see it, the only hope we have is if many of the top brass in our military are quietly plotting against them, holding on to their office, and biding their time, waiting for them to defy the election in 2028.

Don’t people ever wonder like me how people would react if Obama would post something like this in his term? I mean, talk about unhinged. Other world leaders look at this shit and be even more resolved to move on without the US. There will be a long, long time to even rebuild 20% of the trust.

How can MAGA look at this and think ‘this is fine’?

It’s all pretty easy to wrap your head around once you accept that they didn’t give a shit about Obama’s suits or condiments or even his words. He was black. Period. Everything else was manufactured outrage to try to get him out.

Trump is objectively a worse person in every way. Except his skin colour. What would have happened if Obama said or did any of the shit Trump gets praised for (let alone gets away with…)? He’d have been lynched.

Add to it the left swallowing the bait, hook, line, and sinker on the culture war (sorry folks, trans rights, while needed, do not make a platform) and corporate Democrats rolling over for money harder than Evel Knievel at Cedars Palace, and you have our present situation.
